The Conscious Chair 3162 by Mater is a sustainable and stylish reinterpretation of a classic 1958 design by Børge Mogensen and Esben Klint. This eco-conscious version merges timeless Scandinavian aesthetics with modern sustainability by incorporating Mater’s innovative Matek® material, which is made from a blend of recycled plastic waste and FSC-certified wood fibers.
The chair maintains Mogensen’s signature clean lines and ergonomic comfort while embracing a contemporary approach to responsible production.
